Long time - no see

I will just say hello to my reader - if there are any :-)
I haven't updated this blog for 3 months. My excuses are two

1. I spend mostly of the day sleeping. Healing after a stroke is a tough work..
2. Facebook taking my time, 500 million users can't be wrong..

So I will be back, but more seldom
