Forbes list of billionaires.....Can they share?

Today I saw the yearly list from Forbes magazine, the world's richest people, dollar billionaires.
But there was no total sum of their wealth, so I did it myself link, about 3600 billion dollars... owned by about 1000 persons... 1,4 billion people try to survive on less than 1,25$ a day link on our planet. 1,25 x 365 ≈ 456$/year
If 1000 persons gave away half of their money to them, they will receive 3600/2/1,4 ≈ 1300$
Would that make a change for 1,4 billion people?

They would have nearly 3 years income in their pocket (1300/456≈2,85)
